Director of Membership Services

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Membership Services will manage member relations, oversee registration and fee processes, and develop eco modulation policies. Key responsibilities include driving member engagement, ensuring compliance, supporting quarterly reporting, and organizing workshops. The Director will also handle communication strategies, address member inquiries, and maintain stakeholder relationships, while managing the budget and collaborating on financial planning. This role is vital for ensuring member satisfaction and compliance, and effective engagement, and requires a deep understanding of the US industry, stakeholders, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws.

Director of Operations

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Operations will lead operational activities in the western region to advance our mission of delivering sustainable and compliant material management solutions in the petroleum and automotive sectors. This role is key in driving operational efficiency, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and pioneering innovation in circular economy practices. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the recycling industry, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws, and sustainable material management, alongside strategic vision and a passion for environmental responsibility.
