• NewsInterchange 360 is hiring for two roles that are critical to the successful design, approval, and delivery of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs for the lubricant industry across the United States. The Director, EPR Regulatory Compliance and the Director, Regional Communications positions will play a key part in ensuring our programs are both regulator-approved and publicly effective.
Together, these positions strengthen our ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, engage constructively with government, residents and key stakeholders, and deliver programs that work on the ground for producers, communities, and regulators alike.

Director, EPR Regulatory Compliance
Are you a seasoned regulatory leader with a sharp eye for detail and a strategic approach to complex policy environments? Do you thrive on interpreting legislation, building compliance frameworks, and guiding organizations through evolving regulatory requirements? Are you confident engaging with regulators & policymakers to translate rules into workable programs?

This role leads Interchange 360’s regulatory compliance strategy across all jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with state and federal EPR requirements while supporting program approvals, reporting, and ongoing regulatory engagement. Are you a strategic communicator who excels at turning regulatory requirements into clear, effective public-facing programs? Do you thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where education, outreach, and consistency matter? Are you equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns that meet compliance and performance goals?

This role leads state-level communications, education, and outreach initiatives, beginning with Colorado’s 2026 program launch and expanding to additional states.
