Lubricant Circularity Conference
Advancing Circular Solutions for Lubricants & Petroleum Packaging
October 28, 2026 | Boulder, CO
Join leaders from across the lubricant and petroleum packaging supply chain for a one-day conference focused on practical, real-world solutions driving circularity.

About the Conference
As Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies expand across the U.S., the conversation is rapidly shifting from policy to execution. The Lubricant Circularity Conference brings together industry leaders to focus on how lubricant products and packaging are actually collected, managed, and recycled within emerging systems.
Convened by NLCRC and Interchange 360 (LPMA), this one-day event highlights operational realities, infrastructure challenges, and the role of dedicated collection pathways for materials that don’t fit within traditional curbside systems.
This is not a policy-heavy conference. It’s a working session for the organizations responsible for making circularity function in practice, from production to collection to processing.
Who Should Attend
This conference is designed for organizations across the lubricant and petroleum packaging supply chain, including:
- Lubricant and petroleum product producers
