Maine Alternative Collection Plan Stakeholder Consultation
Interchange 360 is currently holding an open comment period for all stakeholders on our proposed Alternative Collection Plan (ACP) for Maine.
We intend to keep the comment period open until May 30, 2026, however, once the state deadline for submission is set, we may be required to close the comment period earlier. We will give as much notice as possible on an earlier closing date.
Interchange 360 will review and consider all feedback and make appropriate changes within the scope of the law.
