Maine Alternative Collection Program Public Forum
• EventInterchange 360 will be hosting a public forum on its draft Alternative Collection Program (ACP) in Maine for interestested parties on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide recorded comments.
Background: Maine is advancing its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging law, and Interchange 360 is preparing to apply for an ACP. As part of this process, we’re seeking input from participants across the system, including producers, service providers, regulators, and others with an interest in how these programs are implemented. The draft ACP is now available for review.
