Maine Alternative Collection Program Open Consultation
Interchange 360 is currently holding an open comment period for all parties interested in our proposed Alternative Collection Program (ACP) for Maine.
We intend to keep the comment period open until May 30, 2026, however, once the state deadline for submission is set, we may be required to close the comment period earlier. We will give as much notice as possible on an earlier closing date.
Interchange 360 will review and consider all feedback and make appropriate changes within the scope of the law.

Virtual Public Forum
Interchange 360 held a public forum on the ACP for interestested parties on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET. Participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and provide recorded comments.
