We held our fourth Producer Webinar on October 1, 2025 where we outlined the support services available to Producers, our plans for Colorado after getting approval on our IPP, details about the launch of our new online reporting portal called The Vault, as well as an update on activities in additional EPR states.

June 10, 2025 – Producer Webinar #3

We held our third Producer Webinar on June 10, 2025 where we shared the latest on our response to new and existing EPR laws, provided insight into what’s ahead, and answered questions about the LPMA program
Key topics included:
- Colorado’s upcoming registration deadline on July 1st
- An overview of LPMA’s collection program plans in Oregon
- Where the automotive and petroleum industry stands in newly enacted EPR states
February 25, 2025 – Producer Webinar #2

We held our second Producer Webinar on February 25, 2025 where we provided an update on our Individual Program Plan submission in Colorado, additional details on reporting and fee payments as well as our coordination agreement with Circular Action Alliance (CAA).
November 6, 2024 – Producer Webinar

We held our first Producer Webinar on November 6, 2024, where we provided further guidance on our processes and answered questions from attendees. A key focus for this webinar was Colorado State Response Planning and Reporting Guidance.
