Welcome to The Vault: LPMA’s Secure Online Reporting Portal

We’re pleased to announce the launch of The Vault, LPMA’s new secure online reporting portal. The Vault represents a significant step forward in simplifying Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting for Producers in the petroleum and automotive sector.

Built for Security and Efficiency

Built on the Salesforce platform, The Vault includes advanced security features such as data encryption, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits. These measures ensure Producer data is protected while providing a seamless and intuitive reporting experience.

Getting Started

An Account Administrator for all registered Producers was sent an email this morning with details on how to access the system. Account administrators are then able to add users within their organization and customize access based on roles. They will also be able to register for all states in which the organization has signed Participation Agreements for.

To support your onboarding, we’ve created Training Manuals with step-by-step guidance. This resource is available now and will help you navigate the system with confidence.

What You Can Expect

Once logged in, Producers will find previously submitted data has already been migrated into the new system. The dashboard displays outstanding balances and filed reports, and users can easily access invoices and reporting tools by state.

Why It Matters

The Vault supports Producers by making it easier to report, track, and manage their responsibilities—ultimately helping reduce landfill waste and promote responsible recycling.
