LPMA Adds Mark Carpenter as Director of Membership Services

We are excited to welcome Mark Carpenter as our new Director of Membership Services. Mark joins us from Circular Action Alliance, where he played a key role on the communications team, helping producers navigate Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements. 

In his new role at LPMA powered by Interchange 360, Mark will work closely with producers of petroleum and petroleum-related products to develop strategic compliance solutions for EPR laws in Colorado, Oregon, California, Vermont, Maine, Minnesota, and future states.

Mark started his career in U.S. politics working on advocacy campaigns, in senior positions on Capitol Hill, and on political campaigns spanning all levels of government. His 12+ years of experience in the fields of sustainability and recycling will be instrumental in supporting our stakeholders and ensuring effective compliance strategies.
