Producer Webinar #2 – February 25, 2025

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing Producers with regular updates and guidance on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), we will holding another Informational Webinar on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 11amPT / 2pm ET.

In this second Producer session, we will provide updates on our Individual Producer Plan (IPP) in Colorado as well as additional details on program fees/due and reporting requirements. The goal of the webinar is to ensure Producers in the petroleum and automotive sector are aware of their EPR compliance obligations and have the tools required to meet them.

This webinar is open to all Producers, whether or not you have already completed the Notice of Intent to Join form on our website.

In preparation for the webinar, we recommend reviewing our Producer Resource Center on our website and completing the Colorado Participation Agreement and Oregon Participation Agreement.
