State Response

Interchange 360 is the EPR compliance solution for the lubricants and automotive industry in the United States. We are actively responding in all states with EPR laws to ensure compliance for our members.

To date, California, Colorado, Maine, Oregon, Vermont, and Minnesota have enacted EPR laws, each with unique regulatory requirements. We provide tailored compliance solutions based on each state’s needs and are closely monitoring proposed legislation in 12 additional states.

In states with packaging EPR regulations, we will have a working and complimentary relationship with Circular Action Alliance (CAA) with a separate collection program for our specific products.

For states requiring EPR for Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), including both fluids and packaging (e.g., Vermont), our compliance solution will operate independently while coordinating with other similar programs, such as paint stewardship initiatives.

Interchange 360 ensures industry-specific, cost-effective compliance solutions as EPR regulations evolve nationwide.
